Über das Buch
Are you struggling to pray with words?
Why not try using pictures?
Do you find that too many words crowd out what God is saying to you?
Do you need just a few words and a picture to help guide and inspire your own meditations?
This book maybe what you are looking for. God invites us to explore the wonders of this garden and reflect on our own lives through what we see around us.
The book was compiled during two retreats. All the photos were taken during a "Prayer and Photography Retreat" at Parcevall Hall, in Wharfedale, Yorkshire. A couple of months later during a silent individually guided retreat at Eden Hall, Kent, the words where added.

Über den Autor
Margaret Stredwick
London, England
Having initially trained as a teacher, I later became a Salvation Army officer in the UK. 16 years of overseas service took me to Zimbabwe, Democratic Republic of Congo and Kenya. Following surgery in Kenya for cancer I returned to the UK in 2003. In January 2008 I took up my present appointment as a finance trainer at the Salvation Army's International Headquarters in London. This role takes me to all corners of the earth.
