Born and Raised in New England, I have developed a cornucopia of passions. Art being the thread of my life igniting my vision and focusing my journey. I have been influenced by the hustle and bustle, culture and history of the three major cities of the area, Providence, Boston and New York. In contrast the New England landscape serves as a visual influence as well as a spiritual respite. My interest in the visual world led me into the world of applied art. As I attained my art degrees, I worked in the hospilitality industry. In 1982 my wife and I opened a restaurant and now own 2. We employ 60 people and have a wonderful lifestyle, both in and outside of our business. Our travels take us to many interesting destinations, mostly with an art influence involved, be it a gallery drop off, a camera shoot for an upcoming series, or art history/museum focus. My two children and one grand daughter are an integral part of our life, both living close by.
