My work explores the relationship between ritualistic street photography and avant-garde shamanism. With influences as diverse as Bill Watterson and The Empire Strikes Back, new variations are manufactured from both simple and complex narratives. Ever since I was a child I have been fascinated by the essential unreality of the universe. What starts out as triumphant vision soon becomes manipulated into something beyond the original intention, leaving a sense of the endless possibilities of a new reality. As shifting forms become frozen through boundaried and diverse digital form, the viewer is left with a testament to the unlimited nature of our existence.
