A 29 year old woman with two beautiful children however life throws one of them curve balls in her direction. Battling with rueful health on a day to day basis there is no telling what each day will hold for Stephanie and her children.
This is a documentary I photographed of my sister for two solid months, going to hospital appointments, looking after her at home and keeping the children spirits up.
I shot on a medium format Bronica using Ilford Delta 400 film but pushed the ISO to 800.
The actual images themselves are not in perfect focus but you can almost relate, feel and appreciate the circumstances as it's reflected through the images being distorted, just as Stephanies health was and still is to this day.
