This collection of photographs represents thirty-two New York City apartments and the everyday objects that transform these spaces into the homes and lives of the inhabitants therein. My journey through these intimate spaces began with a mild understanding of the multifarious relationships between personal identities and objects and ended with a far deeper and richer understanding of the beauty in the joyfully banal everyday things that make each life intricate and unique.
