born in 1965 - got my first camera in 1981, an olympus trip(still have it, and it still works), influenced by the works of david bailey, richard avedon and don mccullin. attended art-college to study photography and printmaking, and a few years later got into digital media. nowadays ansell adams, martin parr and francis wolff are big influences... but then so are the lesser known people whose work i encounter every day. music is a big part of my life, blues, rockabilly, post-punk and jazz... all of this somehow finds it's way into how i approach imagery.
