Über das Buch
Ο κύκλος φωτογραφιών «ΟΥΤΟΠΙΑ / ΔΥΣΤΟΠΙΑ» αφορά όλους αυτούς τους ‘μη-τόπους', ιδεαλιστικούς ή φρικώδεις (αισθητικά ή συναισθηματικά) αποκομμένους από τον χρόνο, αποσπασματικούς ή συνήθως διαμελισμένους σαν σκηνικά μιάς παράστασης που έχει τελειώσει και σχεδόν πάντοτε γεωμετρικούς. Κυρίως όμως είναι τόποι καθημερινοί και εγγείς. Είναι η καθημερινή μου αγωνία γιά το Χάος ή την Τάξη που με περιτριγυρίζει.
The ‘ UTOPIA / DYSTOPIA’ series concerns all those ‘place-less’ loci, idealistic or horrific (aesthetically or emotionally) detached from time, often fragmentary and incomplete , dismantled like a theatrical set of a completed play and almost always geometrical. Essentially, they are all these ordinary and familiar places surrounding me, that reveal my anxiety about Chaos and Order.
