Over fifty years have passed since the Jarissa King and the Mad King of Riska were defeated by Queen Mikya and Elinsco nis Bombis and since then, Quinia has been at peace. Elinsco and Queen Silenda the Restorer organized the army to make sure they would not suffer another embarrassing defeat and then went on to their own lives. Elinsco never liked life at court, so returned to his home in the south and lived a peaceful life there, free of politics and tyrants, while Queen Silenda rebuilt the Soledo tribe and worked to warm their relationship with the closed-off Jarisse.
Now, a new darkness is brewing. Attacks by those that support the Jarissa King have become more common and one day, rising tensions between the new queen and the Lady Soledo cause their relations to collapse into war. Soon after, it is revealed that there is a new Arexacico, the holder of the legendary Exalaro Arexo, a magical artifact created by the spirit of chaos, Sio. With him as the Arexacico and the Princess as the Gregicica, holder of the Exalaro Gregio, the ancient curse of the Dark Lord says that disaster will befall Quinia, but will it be the war and the seemingly traitorous Soledi, or will it be something else?
