This book is is about exploring the dance of light at the studio in Amenia New York as well as an exploration of light on myself during my practice and my life with my animals.

I was encouraged by Imogen Cunningham and her self portraits and reflections for this project.

This book is a starting point, a measuring tool for future work on nudes, people, animals and light. All pictures were taken in raw format and converted into JPEG. No editing of any kind or Photoshop to hide or enhance the light and subject has been used.

This is also the only text in the book as I want the viewer to experience the pages of this book without written input from me, the photographer.
