Out and About with Division 4
The world is not homogeneous. Order and disorder can lie side by side. Or similarly, order can align with order, or disorders align with disorder. This can be seen in the natural environment, but more so, evident in our urban environments, acts of our creation.
Division 4 was an Australian television police drama; created between 1969 to 1975. Four detectives, out and about on their own investigations, of just this, our created environment, they together to form a picture, makes a case.
Similarly, Peter Leiss presents us windows, four panelled, four views, four points of detection, at first appearing divided, but always to coalesce, as all good acts of detection, into one picture.
