I have always had an emotional connection with the seashore and the expanse of the ocean beyond, especially the Pacific Coast. It all began in California where I grew up, went to college, and worked almost my entire career. I have also traveled along the Washington coast, and now I live in Oregon where we spend time at the coast every year. Walking along a beach or rocky shoreline clears my mind and renews my soul. I love the majestic views from the high cliffs as well as exploring the smallest details in the sand and surf. This book is a selection of some of my “coastal” photos, which for me has been a spiritual journey that has connected me to the seashore.
