Memento is a small window into what it felt like to grow up in Napa; the light, the quiet spaces, and the in-between moments that shaped everything. These photographs trace the places my friends and I spent our time: the roads we drove, the hills we climbed, and the corners that became ours for a while. Beyond the wineries and tourists, there's another Napa; one of backroads, fields, and familiar faces. The book is as much about the land as it is about the people who grew up here, because the two can't really be separated. This is a glimpse of that side of home, and of what it still means to me.
