People often ask how I stay so youthful, and my answer is simple—mindset, habits, and self-care. In this book, I share the lifestyle shifts that have helped me ‘pause the clock’—practical tips anyone can use to feel and look their best. I created this guide to make wellness simple, realistic, and effective. Since childhood in Brooklyn, NY, I’ve loved writing short stories and poetry. Now, as a Registered Nurse, I use my free time to write, host my podcast Dreemecast, rollerskate, and travel—I’ve been on 24 cruises! Music and movement fuel my soul, and I even created "Dare to Dreeeme" on SoundCloud. I’m also working on a children’s book and a poetry collection.
