The world is now nearly fully interconnected. For the first time ever, communication is extensive, saturated, ubiquitous. Humans have created a global network in which virtually any one of eight billion people can send text, sounds, and images to any other person or group of people. And they could conceivably send and receive data to and from elsewhere in the universe. So…what will they do with it?
