In the Summer of 2021, we found ourselves boarding a flight across the Atlantic with no return date in sight. With all of our possesions limited to what fit in a carry-on, our focus was on making room for the important things in life, simplifying, slowing down, and seeing how people do life in other parts of the world. Rather than dropping in during the span of a vacation before racing back to work, we decided to go all-in and immerse oursleves in the day-to-day of places we barely knew--from the deserts of Andalucia to the islands of the Adriatic. Told in vignettes and photos, Europe in One-Way Tickets is an exploration of what life could look like and does look like--if you’re willing to slow down and look.
