I retired in 2001. Since then Photography has become an increasingly important activity for me. Several National Geographic and Lindblad photography experts have helped my journey to becoming a better more accomplished photographer. Great subject matter certainly helps! I have journeyed to all the continents and tried to record my travels so others can enjoy the sights I have seen. I always try to research what I shoot and often learn more about my subject matter than I do about photography. More subject matter knowledge makes for more interesting shots! I use a Nikon Z9 body with a variety of lenses. Blurb Bookwright is my go-to book-making resource. I make up my layouts as I go and I feel I end up with a more interesting book.
