Simon Downs is a librarian, full time carer of (extremely) autistic children, Vicar's wife and proud house dad. He has a BA (Hons) in Information and Library Studies from Loughborough University. After graduation he taught English as a foreign language in Hungary before working in the library at the British Council in Budapest. Later he worked in libraries for the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts (ALRA) in London, Cuddesdon College Oxford and at high schools in Wolverhampton and Penicuik.
