Namit has studied yoga philosophy in Rishikesh in India (the birthplace of yoga) and also in Dharamsala in the Himalayas in India (the current residence of His Royal Holiness the Dalai Lama).

He has learnt from yogis from Nepal too as well as yogis from other parts of India.
