Victoria was born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and has since lived in various places throughout the country. Her favorites include Laguna Beach, California; Austin, Texas; Westport, Connecticut; Boston, Massachusetts; and currently Nantucket, Mass. She is a member of the Artist Association of Nantucket and paints whenever she is not writing. Her stories are often about growing up in a large family. They are usually true and amusing. Her four siblings, four children and six grandchildren as well as her lab, George, provide her with plenty to write about.
