As an artist I truly enjoy taking an idea - a vision in my mind's eye and bringing it to life in sculpture and painting. As a young girl the first art form that burst from my mind was writing short stories about animals that told their story from their point of view. Of course the artist joined the written word and illustrated those first clumsy and halting novels. So it is no surprise that now having gotten the hang of painting, I am eager to return to the first love, writing.
