Hi there! I am delighted that you have made your way here.

I am born South African and moved to the UK 20 years ago, this is where I met my husband and we have lived and worked here ever since. In 2021 we spent some months back in South Africa to re-connect with family, friends and the land, a people who love their meat! It was upon our return that a tangible idea of this book began to shape. Delight is my very first publication, I would truly love to hear your thoughts.
