I have been writing poetry and composing/recording music for the past twenty-five years: other books of poetry in my catalog include "Litmus: Selected Poems 1990-1994" and "Agraphia" published in 1988. "The Beat Years" was originally published in 1989 - this twentieth-anniversary edition includes expanded content, and was praised by Lawrence Ferlinghetti, who received a copy of the original chapbook through mutual friend and Boston bard Jack Powers.
