Astrid Lennartz received her first camera in 1996, her father’s SLR. Her earliest photographic artefacts can still be seen today in an exhibition. Now she has received a degree from the University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld (Germany) in Design and works as a freelance photographer.
Astrid Lennartz is interested in the factual. Existing, not artificially created scenarios are the focus of her work.
