I teach high school math and enjoy "coaching" students in math, engineering and science (MESA) challenges. We've been to the MESA Nationals the past six years. Seattle and the Olympic peninsula were amazing. Portland and the Pacific beaches within "50 miles" are awesome. The mountains above Ogden, UT are about as amazing as an ocean beach (book coming). MESA nationals pairs my interests nicely..
