As the center of 11 siblings, I've always had a passion for food, cooking various dishes from all walks of life, experimenting with the palette, to feeding my adopted children ( they know who they are) . I could/ would never turn away a hungry child or a stranger who enters my life. Everyone who knew my mom, knows me. I love to cook and share my favorites with anyone who isn't afraid to test their palette. So, I dedicate this book to my mom and all my childrens friends , who encouraged this venture.
