Living in the absolute beauty of the Sonoran Desert requires some expression of gratitude. And that's really what my writing is all about. As a retired clergyperson, I am instinctively drawn to the obvious beauty of the surrounding mountains and the vastness of the desert, and to the spirituality deeply embedded in this location. But I am also a storyteller...thus The Courtship of Uncle Tillis, a collection of humorous and serious life events affecting the little farming community of Hickoryville.
