I help assess repair costs and potential returns, and I work with investors, lenders, and partners to explore financing options. I support renovations with trusted contractors, focusing on safety and practical improvements, and help manage risk with insurance and legal guidance. My goal is to contribute to affordable housing, job creation, and stronger communities.
