The Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) is an internationally recognized leader in the delivery of emergency response and workforce training, exercises and technical assistance. Major TEEX programs include fire services, search and rescue, homeland security, public safety and security, safety, health, public works, and economic development.

TEEX is home to the world famous Brayton Fire School and Texas Task Force 1.
