Born in Neosho, Mo and transplanted to Kansas. Have lived in California, Hawaii, and Washington. Moved back to Kansas for the thunderstorms.

Enjoy photography as a main hobby, calling it cheap therapy. Eclectic in types of shooting, but enjoys the creative process working with a model.

Camera experience ranges from 5x7 to modern digital SLR. Has shot paper negatives, film and now digital. Built a personal 4x5 view camera from scratch, including the lens and guillotine shutter.
