Depression is real. Anxiety is real. Mental health is serious. Individuals who struggle with mental health sometimes feel in the dark because those around them do not work to educate themselves on symptoms and signs. Many people feel imprisoned by their own minds, trapped in their own bodies. And if we don't equip ourselves with the necessary tools to be help, they will continue to feel that way. Ignorance is a curse.



Not many people know that I suffer from anxiety myself and writing has been one of the few things that gives me an outlet, a safe space to call home where I feel like myself. Which is why I wrote this book in the first place. So I sincerely hope you enjoy it. A gift from me to you. Epiphany.
