Über das Ebook
Kira-mi is the story of best friends, reunited for the holidays and trying to pick up where they left off, but discovering that neither of them is quite who they had been before. Seeking a way to reconnect, they set out to solve a mystery.
The story is the product of a short holiday, where I had a few days all to myself and decided to spend them in a library, writing. It was something I had never done before and I wasn't quite sure where to start. So I set out to write a story I could easily complete within the time available, and one that was light-hearted enough that I wouldn't get caught up in "performance anxiety" - hopefully.
Seeking a comfortable safety net, I returned to the books that first enticed me into the world of story, Enid Blyton's "The famous five". But I didn't know any kids these days who had the level of freedom enjoyed by my favourite characters. In the end I came up with my own version of a short mystery.

I love to be still and listen to the world around me. I love to watch life happening and be part of it by simply being there, observing. And I love to dream. Not dream of what I might be or do, but dream of the endless possibilities in the mystery of existence. My joy is to create links between the realms of the imagined and the real, and to make all of life a celebration of the rich gift of experience.
