Not all facepainters are accomplished artists. Often they will be volunteers like me, mothers at school fairs, fans at sporting events or people raising funds for a charity. Whether you are facepainting to earn money or a volunteer you will find painting faces can be accompanied by a lot of pressure, mess, and frustration. This 80 page book is a result of my co-ordinating a facepainting team during the Rugby World Cup 2011. It includes everything I already knew, what I learned from experience, and what I researched to make things easier. I hope this information helps reduce the stresses and increase pleasure. After all, facepainting should be fun.
