This collection of poetry gives an honest take on young adult life, including the ups and downs of love and marriage, some fears of getting older, the feelings of isolation, a family legacy of religious faith, an appreciation of nature and imagination, and the overwhelming bouts of depression that at times seem to almost stop life altogether. Poems were written over a decade, covering the spectrum of emotions a young woman coming-of-age experienced.
