In 2008, the Pentagon launched a $22 million classified physics program to understand how UAPs move, power themselves, and navigate. They commissioned 38 academic papers. Valerijs Černohajev was a Soviet aerospace engineer who worked inside the institutional world that produced that program. Before his death in 2019, he sent his daughter 12 numbered technical works describing the complete engineering architecture of a UAP: aneutronic fusion reactor, magnetohydrodynamic power conversion, superconducting solenoid propulsion array, silicon-aluminum monocrystalline hull, and a consciousness-field navigation interface.
