This 19th-century Catholic work provides an in-depth understanding of the Catholic Faith using the authoritative Council of Trent (1545 - 1563) catechism as its source.

The entire work is divided into three parts:

I) the first part treats of faith,
II) the second of morals,
III) the third of the means of grace. 

This first volume covers the aspects of faith.
