Über das Buch
The first one, "New Orleans Dining Room" is the first of my series of short magazines on regional cooking. Each magazine will include, (one already does,) diverse recipes, some that you might have heard of, or maybe some you've even tried. All the recipes will be classic recipes prepared in the restaurants where they were born. Some of the places I'll be writing about include Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Mexico City, Dublin, and many more, (until I run out).
