With a motto of fresh and fabulous, Chef Wendy Carroll brings a fine-tuned passion for wonderful food to any kitchen. Wendy is the owner of Seasoned to Taste, Personal Chef Services in Fresno, California. Along with preparing individually designed in-home meal services for people who are too busy to cook, hate to cook or have special dietary needs, she teaches private and community cooking classes and caters small luncheons, dinners, teas and cocktail parties. Her recipes have been published in Bon Appetit, The Fresno Bee and Kern County Family Magazine. Wendy cuisine focuses on fresh seasonal ingredients with a flavor palate influenced by her extensive travels in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and Latin America. She has cooked in kitchens all over the world and was a frequent contributor to Fresno’s highly regarded Echo Restaurant. She is a graduate of the USPCA Culinary Academy, Serv-Safe and has participated in numerous cooking courses.
