Dolors Gibert is engaged in photography for over twenty years. During this time she has worked and experimented on several modalities, which has emphasized her particular approach to photography.

She has always been fascinated by portrait and by those small details that symbolize a whole. She shows us some of her documentaries starting with objects, symbols or persons, which, as a whole, form a reality that is unnoticed sometimes.
Her works have a peculiar style, which have made her worth a renowned professional career that has led her to collaborate with various agencies and publishing companies as well as exhibit them in different galleries and events. She won a Lux prize in 2001.
