Über das Buch
Iceland is a unique country with a multiplicity of awe inspiring geographical features. The land mass is studded with volcanoes, lava fields and surface geothermal activity. It has several ice caps and great waterfalls. This photography book contains images that were taken during two visits to Iceland.
The first, in 2010, was a two-week trek that comprised a week on the north-east coast ascending and descending several fjords, followed by a week that began in the central volcanic desert area and finished on the north coast.
The second visit in 2013 involved a week of photography that explored the southern coastal region between Hella and Vestrahorn which represented the most easterly part of this journey.
